Our first trip in this three week extravaganza was New Mexico. We had a great time in the New Mexico heat. We had a something going on every day of the week and got to see a lot old friends and of course some GREAT Nana and Papa time!! If we weren't busy seeing people, Josh and I utilized the free babysitting and went on a couple of dates!! It was GREAT!!!

The week we were in Clovis happened to be the week of the Curry County fair. The fair was one of my favorite things to do so we HAD to go!! Coby, a friend of ours happened to be playing the fiddle in a band on Wednesday night, so we decided to go watch him. …it just so happen to be $1 ride night too!!! It was great!! I’m not sure who was more exhausted when we got home, Nana and Papa or Garrett and Haylee!!

Some random guy gave us this HUGE lion. When we told him that we were from Oregon and couldn't take it home, he said he was from Oregon too...it happen's to be that he lives right down the road from us here in Oregon....SMALL WORLD!!! We left the lion at Nana's!!
Papa was very nice to go on the roller coaster with Garrett!

I think all we ate was Mexican food!! We wanted to show all of our friends from Oregon what a REAL sopapilla looks like!!!
