We went strawberry picking this morning....it was the first time we have gone berry picking since we moved ot Oregon and it was fun.  I think Josh ate more strawberries than he picked!!

We met our friends The Stephens at the farm.  Those are their boys, Grant and Blake!!

Grant LOVES Haylee

"STOP EATING THEM JOSH!!!"
Strawberry picking is a dirty job
The boys busy at work!!
Can you tell which strawberry we picked and which is store bought.........

That's right.....the one on the left is the one we picked!!  They are SO juicy and AMAZING!!!!  We picked almost 6lbs.......our total was $6.00......$1.25/lb!!!!

Let The Summer Games BEGIN!!!

I know it's been a long time since I've posted anything, but it's SO beautiful here, I haven't had anytime!!!  We have had such an awesome week and we are SO excited to have the sunshine and heat!!!
Last week our church had VBS 2010:  High Seas Expedition.  Garrett had a blast and I helped everyday.  Haylee also had her own little class (it was a class just for the helpers kids).
How STRONG are you!!!
During class

Dan the MAN in the white suit!! (He's an ex- Marine!!!  :)
This is Dan Goodyear on of our ministers at our church, he helped us move in when we first got here!!
Garrett is getting to really enjoy his friends and he's ALL boy...he's always westling and goofing off
Singing songs!!

This was at the carvival Friday night to end the VBS week!!  What a great week!!!

My goal this summer is to get the kids outside EVERYDAY!!!  My neighbor and great friend (she's the one with the three kids that are always in pictures with the kids) are going to try to go eat lunch in the park (it's a program our community has, free lunch for kids under 18 and $2 for adults...there are several locations, including right down the street from our house) everyday and also walk down to this neighborhood park and let the kids run free!!  :)

Again, boys with be boys!!

They were making ice cream cones for everyone!!  :)
I got Haylee's head wet because it was so hot and that's after it dried a little!!  The kids thought it was hilarous

Haylee's FIRST ponytail!!!!
She is ALL personality!!  She is ALWAYS making faces like this !!  She cracks us up!!!

At work at Doernbecher Children's Hospital and every year they have a softball tournament and this year they had a team for the actual nurses and doctors who work at Doernbecher.  Usually its HUGE companies who play....it cost like $600 to enter a team....like I said it's a charity softball tournament.  Anyway a couple of us from my floor decided to play (even though I DON'T play softball) and we had a BLAST!!!

Kristi works on night with me
Our Team.....Doernbecher Dynamos
9 North (the floor I work on) crew
I actually hit the ball and made a run!!!
Josh and the kids came out to support us!!

On of my neighbors gave us a pool because his kids were getting to big for it....we decided to set it up in the backyard and keep water in it for the kids to play in this summer.  Josh got a tarp to put over it when we're not using it!!  I hope it works and can stay out all summer!!!

The little girls just needed a bucket filled with water and they were happy!!

Well there's our week!!  Like I said early we had a blast this week!!  This next week will hopefully be any better because Josh is off ALL week!!!  I took off too so we can hang out and have some good family time!!!  Garrett starts swimming lessons on Monday too, so I'll lots more to write about so keep in touch!!!  I hope you all are having a great beginning to your summer!!!  We love you all and thanks for keeping in touch with us!
