Starting 1st Grade soon....

As I'm getting everything ready for Garrett to start 1st grade on Tuesday, I can't help but be a little sad (don't worry I'm plenty excited too!!) about how fast time is going by and how much both Garrett and Haylee are growing up.  We have currently entered Josh's senior year...can you believe we have been here for OVER three years?!?  When we moved to Portland this was what our family looked like...

Now Haylee is OLDER than Garrett was when we moved here!!!  He went to our church's preschool program, starting in the 3 year old class...the same preschool Haylee will be starting this year!!!

Isn't he so SWEET?!? 

Last year the silly little man started Kindergarten!!!

...and on Tuesday he will start 1st grade.  In Garrett's own words...

"I've waited my whole life to start 1st grade!!!"

Look who started soccer!!  He's actually pretty good with his feet....and running!!

We had some friends come into town from the Seattle area this weekend.  It started off pretty cold and rainy but it ended up sunny and warm!  The kids had a blast at the park and playing in the fountains downtown!!
