Josh and I both love dogs and the kids always talking about
getting one but we have been nervous since our disaster with Molly…after
spending time with Baxter (Marcus and Dayloni’s dog) it has really given me the
itch. On our way to the San Juan
Islands I told Josh we should get one and he said that if we did he wanted a
Miniature Schnauzer because he knew they were smart and they didn’t shed, so I started
looking on my phone while we were driving to the San Juan Islands. I called several breeders and found this
perfect fit…that was on the way to Seattle!!
We didn’t want a puppy while camping so we asked if we could meet them
on our way home.
We didn’t say a word to the kids the entire weekend about
it. We met at Krispy Kreme’s (the
breeder lived about 30 mins out of our way and he agreed to bring the dogs here
which was right off the highway. Garrett
thought we were stopping for donuts. It
was so awesome seeing his face when he realized we were getting a dog!! Marcus and Dayloni ended up getting her
sister which is SO awesome!!!
She is SO cute and so sweet.
We named her Annie and they named her sister Abby!! So far she is a perfect fit for our family!!!
