Another pound bites the dust!!!

So we are finishing up WEEK 3 of our contest and doing AWESOME!!!  We have not had ONE bite of cake, chips, fried food, simple sugar, etc!!!!  We are eating well though.  I try to eat about every 3-4 hours.  My typical days are about like this

Breakfast- breakfast burrito (2 egg whites, 1/2 oz cheese, and salsa on a whole wheat low carb, high fiber tortilla (they actually taste really good!!!).

Lunch- sandwich (turkey, 1/2 oz of cheese, spinach leaves, red onion, tomatoes with a little honey mustard and low fat mayo (our mayo only has 15 calories per tbsp!!) on a whole wheat thinwich

Snack- some sort of fruit

Dinner- lean meat with steamed or grilled veggies

Snack- fruit or some low fat popcorn

I also drink a TON of water!!!! 

So we are almost at our half mark.  I'm hoping we will both meet it next week (because we're going on a date to a restaurant and ordering whatever we want for ONE night!!!!)
Please keep praying for us!!  We are doing well but it always seems to get harder as time goes on!!
