Kindergarten Music Program

The Kindergarten and 1st grade classes had a music program last Thursday night!!!  It was TOO cute!!  I truthfully kind of dreading it....lots of kids singing (half of them not), watching lots of kids that is not my own sing, and lots of waiting to watch my own kid sing....boy was I wrong!!  It was SO cute!!  They all performed together (EVERYONE sang and did the motions!!) and it was short and concise!!  Garrett was right in the front row and did GREAT!!!  It was AWESOME!!!

The Sweet Shoppe

Can you believe that Haylee is almost three?!?!  She turns three on Friday!!  Garrett was three when we moved here!!!  That is just so crazy to me!!!  This year we had "The Sweet Shoppe" birthday and we shared it with our best friend Kathryn!!!  Kathryn is our neighbor two doors down and turned three last Friday (exactly ONE WEEK before Haylee's)!!!

We had 18 kids and TONS of cake, candy, and sweet punch!!!  A great recipe for CHAOS...but of course fun chaos!!

Josh and Haylee has really gotten into Garrett's nerf gun's!!  Josh does this thing with Haylee called Rapid Fire where he shoots really fast....but she's sitting down in the line of fire hoping not to get hit!!!  Her and Josh just LAUGH!!!!

Haylee's First Person

Haylee drew her first person today....again on an etch a sketch!!  If you remember Garrett drew his first person on an etch a sketch a few years ago (link here)!!  Great Job Haylee!!!

Sunny Day in February

The weather here as been absolutely beautiful.  Yesterday it was sunny at 59 degrees so after church we decided to go outside and play!!!  After playing for a little bit Garrett pointed out that our cars were very dirty so we decided to wash them!!

Garrett gets SO frustrated!!  He wants to be perfect at it RIGHT NOW....and when he's not he just wants to give up!!!  We decided that we'll practice 15 minutes every day!!!

After the truck was dry Josh gave the kids a ride in the back of his truck around the block!!  They thought that was the coolest thing!!!  

Amanda Luman

Today I had the opportunity to take pictures of my good friend Amanda and her family.  Amanda is due at the end of the month with her 3rd child and asked if I would photograph "the belly."  I love doing these sessions!!  They are so much fun and I get to practice a little more (my kids get tired of being my constant models)!!
