Garrett met these kids and he was driving us crazy asking if every single berry was ok to pick, so we told him to go play with his new friends.  After several minutes I look over and this is what I see!!!  He is singing to them about how much Jesus loves them!!!  The kids kept saying "keeping going.......sing another one!"  We have a PREACHER!!!!!

YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  It's summer time and what do you do in the summer????  GO TO THE BEACH!!!!!  It was a goregous day at the beach....the water was numbingly cold, but the beach was AWESOME!!!

Swimming Lessons

Garrett had swimming lessons this last 2 weeks and LOVED every second of it.  He loved it so much we signed him up for more in 2 weeks.  We were actually going to keep him in it for the next month but they are all booked for the next 2 weeks.  In the picture above he was floating on his back ALL BY HIMSELF!

Happy 4th of July

GOD BLESS AMERICA

This year we went to a huge park with our friends the Stephens.  We met there around 5pm and brought a picnic dinner, soccer balls, footballs, kites, fireworks, and an attitute ready to have fun!!!  It doesn't get dark here until around 10pm so we had FIVE hours of great fun!!  We went to this park because it was near another park that charged to get in the gates (they put on a HUGE firework display), and it ended up we weren't able to see the fireworks very good (they were right over the trees), but we had so much fun we didn't even care!!!  Josh and Arron put on a great show for us!!!

What's 4th of July without watermelon (with a little dirt on it?)

Josh had the kite and was running to get it up and the kids were all running after him saying, "I want to hold it!!!"

Garrett did not like the sparkler very much.  He thought it was going to burn him...he didn't cry while holding it, he was just whining the entire time, and then when it was all done, he looked up with a huge smile and said, "It's ALL DONE!!!!!"
